You also have to complete the survey within two days of your last visit.
Another need is that you be a legal resident of the United States.
Moreover, employees at Taco Bell locations are not eligible to take part in the poll.
Each recipient may only take the Tellthebell Survey once.
Only one monthly survey entry is allowed per person.
Tellthebell.com survey winners are not permitted to give away their $500 prize.
